1. contact you, in order to:

   • schedule meetings (in-person or tele/video conference)

   • clarify your answers or ask for more information

   • send you our  service contract and invoice for payment via email
      

2. learn more about you so we can deliver the appropriate services. This includes, but is not limited to, determining:

   • which service you want to purchase

   • which online dating app or website you want to apply the service to

   • your likes, dislikes and match preferences
      

3. ask for feedback on your experience with Dating Doula. For example,  we may send you a feedback survey to help improve our services
    

4. reduce or prevent fraud or credit risk to our site

We may also use non-identifying information from our site, email subscription, application form and questionnaire to evaluate and improve our site and services. For example, which:

• pages users visit most often

• services, events or facilities are of most interest

• pages users visit when they click on links in emails

Wherever possible we use aggregated or anonymous information which does not identify individual visitors to our websites.

We won’t share your information

Unless we are legally required to do so, under Canadian law, by a Canadian law enforcement agency, or we have your written permission to do so,  your personal information will not be:

• released to a third party

• placed on the Dating Doula mailing list

• placed on a third party mailing list by Dating Doula (read the Third Party Website section of this policy to learn more)

What happens to the information

We take appropriate measures to ensure that the personal information disclosed to us is:

1. kept:

   • secure

   • accurate and up to date

   • only for as long as is necessary

   • only for the purposes for which it is used
      

2. securely and permanently deleted or destroyed after twelve (12) months

By using our website, applications or services and providing us with your personal data, including any sensitive personal data, you consent to:

• completing our contact form and including "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and your email address in the email body
